I understand that there is only one email template for each Zendesk account. I was reading the article about creating triggers to allow each brands email notifications to have different messaging, and even images (logos, etc). However, I was wondering if there is a way to have different styles (fonts, sizing, color, formatting) for each brand. When I tried to do markup within the triggers email body (notify action), the only thing that came thru in the email was the logo. Can someone confirm that it is not possible to do what Im trying to do? Thank you.
