Hi, we connected Zendesk with different marketplaces. Tickets submitted from there gain a proper tag like "amazon". Now we want to have the signatures generated by Zendesk deleted for proper tickets with relevant tags. Is that possible? Thank you, Heinrich

You'd need to set up the agent signatures in your triggers and have those triggers fire off the particular tag you've set up. You can set up agent signatures using the available placeholders here: Zendesk Support Placeholder Reference
The other option would be to have the agent apply a signature using a macro when necessary but that may be more manual work than it's worth. I'll leave this post open in case others want to provide an alternative solution for you.
