Continue the Ticket By Sending to Support Address

Hello, all:

The support address was set in the following format:

support@subdomain.zendesk.com

As far as I know, when updating a ticket by email outside of Zendesk, the address contains something like this:

support+id[string]@subdomain.zendesk.com

The question I have is: How is [string] generated? I tried inputting the ticket number in [string], but it doesn't work.

Yet, I couldn't find the easier approach to locate ticket ID encoded to the address.

Seems perfectly fine! I was hoping Zendesk implement additional features as there will be more and more requests and suggestions coming up.
