1st request
we would like to use https://helpdesk.ourdomain.com to redirect to https://ourdomain.zendesk.com.
we have done this with a basic cname in dns, we would however like to url to remain as https://helpdesk.ourdomain.com in the browser, ie use an A record rather than a CNAME re-direct. is this possible ?
2nd request,
we have a redirect of helpdesk@ourdomain.com to support@ourdomain.zendest.com. replies come from support@ourdomain.zendesk.com
can this be set to be helpdesk@ourdomain.com
