We want to create a Joiners form which our HR, Compliance and IT departments will need to complete information on. Is there a way of creating a form which all three departments can complete?

Yes, you can create a ticket field for Department and add it to your Ticket form so that you can filter the responses of your Team. You can also add other custom ticket fields to customize the form. Further, you can also use conditional fields to control the appearance and behavior of ticket fields in ticket forms.
