Can't see the CC box on a ticket

I have enabled the CC capability for tickets:

But when viewing a ticket, there is no "CC" box for me to add the end user I want to be copied in on responses.  What do I need to do to see the "CC" box?

Hey Ken,

When you're on the ticket, you'll find the CC option down over towards the bottom right hand corner in the actual window where you type the reply back to the customer. 

Click on the Blue CC button and it will then open out the field where you can add or remove the CC from the ticket. :)
