HI

Can someone please guide me on how to block tickets sent to me that are copied to a particular e-mail address with the same domain.

E;g - If an e-mail sent to me at mydept@company.com and CC interdept@company.com i want to block this ticket from entering mydept@company.com view.

Appreciate your help.

    If this is a one-off situation, then you may be able to create a trigger and Target that will extract the cc email and use this to replace the requester email. That will remove it from the requester view you mentioned. you may also be able to perform another action on the ticket, for example deleting the ticket.
    This depends on figuring out the code needed to do this in an http Target. This could also be done using the API, using the http Target is a method of using the API.
    I'm not 100% sure that this will work but it may give you something to try.
    There is a tutorial on removing all CC's that will give you the bare bones.
