Hi everyone,
I'm a newbie in Zendesk but i need to find a solution for a customer.
He doesn't want to use our forms but he prefers to send us an email.
I know the first step : how to create a specific email to receive their requests.
Then, I was thinking of imposing an email template on him. But, how can I configure it to read the email, retrieve certain values to complete my custom fields.
These are like parsing functions, is it possible natively ?
