Greetings!
We've found that in some cases it is hard to work with attachments that were sent to us over emails. This happens when we have a long correspondence with the customer: we recieve a ticket and answer it, they recieve an email from us and answer to it with all the history, then we have an update in the ticket and continue to asking customer for some files (logs, screenshots etc.).
So when this correspondence become long it is very hard to find the attachment that was sent by customer, because the attachments are in the end of customers letter and the letter is very long (since they save all the history in the email) - see screenshot.

It would be helpful if we had an opportunity to see only the attachments to the message. For example there could be a button (link) in the message to "show\hide" text OR to "show\hide" attachments.
