I use Zendesk for work. The “help” button now covers the Apply Macro section by default. To close it, I have to keep opening and closing it. How can I permanently close this? it is a truly painful annoyance.

Currently, there’s no way to permanently close the Help button in the agent interface. You can minimize or close it each time to hide it temporarily.
To reduce the issue, try clearing your browser cache or disabling browser extensions that might interfere.
