Adding custom notifications for each customer (to the agent)

e're trying to add a notification or a little sentence, that when a customer opens a ticket, it shows information about that particular customer (for example, "this one has 1 hour support per week" or "this one has unlimited support but only remotely")

 

is that something possible to create? even a popup to the agents when they enter the ticket for the first time. we of course are willing to pay for addons, I just didn't find any that fit that need. 

Tried to use the warn_me tag with no success. 

Would really appreciate some help.

Hey cct,

It may be worth taking a look at the built in Customer Context functionality which you can find out more about here: Viewing customer context in a ticket
 
This would allow you to populate information directly within the users profile and agents can then have this shown when they're working on the customers ticket.
 
This user also mentions adding icons to a users organization which isn't a bad idea as well.

I'll leave this post open in case other users have a suggestion for setting this up.
