The Deleted and Suspended ticket views are not customizable in this manner; you cannot add or modify the displayed columns for either. You will note, however, that the Suspended view does include a Sender column that will indicate the email address of the sending party. You would have to recover a deleted ticket in order to view details beyond the default column information displayed in the Deleted view.
