A Light Agent's internal note is not populating on the ticket

I manage the one Agent account for our company, and our Product Manager is a Light Agent. When he makes an Internal Note, his comment doesn't show up on the ticket when I look at it as an Agent. Do I need to update a setting? Is this a bug? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Erica,

Light agents should be able to add private comments, and admins/agents should be able to view these anytime. I created a ticket on your behalf so that we can investigate further on this within your account.
