How Timeshift integrates with Zendesk Talk or AWS Connect apps

As of right now, it looks like we're still developing that Talk integration with Tymeshift.  They have a legacy integration called Talk+ that synced Talk states among other metrics.  Pay attention to our announcement page as more public info/articles will be released on exactly this.

Does it mean Tymeshift is integrated with Talk via Talked plus? 

How about AWS Connect? Do we have any way to send metrics to Tymeshift using an API?

That's correct.  

API info will be released soon under an EAP you can sign up for.  No ETA on that just yet.  

No info on AWS Connect or not.
