Is there a way we can automatically set an agent's status to online when they've started their day on Tymeshift?

Hey, Amina! Thanks for reaching out.

At this point in time we are developing a way to better integrate with Zendesks's Unified Agent Status feature, but for our first approach we will not have this. However, this does make a lot of sense and it's something that we have on our radar as a future improvement for this integration.
