In WFM - General Tasks, I see that the talk status can be set to 'Available.' However, in the Workstreams, there is no option for either 'Talk' or ‘MSG’ status. We need the status to be automatically set to 'Available' for either Talk or MSG when both Workstream or Combined Workstream is assigned to 'Voice' or 'MSG. I know it is expected behaviour that talk Status sync currently exists with the General Tasks but not Workstreams, but I would appreciate it if you develop it soon!
