I've been informed that WFM automations aren't possible now that the EAP has been activated. This is a real shame. Have raised it with support and they've advised me that the only recourse is to leave a post here. Unsure if this is a bug or if this is by design, would be good to get clarification.

Hi David,

As of now, it is expected behavior that WFM automations are disabled or limited when the EAP for the new WFM solution is activated. Zendesk has been rolling out the new WFM product in phases, and during the Early Access Program phase, some legacy functionality, including certain automations linked to WFM, may be temporarily unavailable. This is typically because the new system architecture and workflows may handle automation differently or have not fully incorporated those features yet.

We would love to see the ability to report on idle, busy in comparison the the time that eh agent is scheduled

Ideally we would be able to see something along the the lines of

Agent | Date | Busy Duration | Busy not engaged | Idle

Being able to export this data and work it in a spreadsheet would be super helpful for coaching and productivity conversations. It exists in the agent activity page but not in reporting
