Hello completelky new to Zendesk. It's pretty intuitive - however, I was asked to upload new MP3s one was for a Wait message -
The customer service consultant is asking me to set the new wait message + music - would the MP3 have to include both the wait message and the music or is there an option to select your message and then use some builtin music function

Zendesk Talk doesn't have a built-in music function, so if you want dialogue as part of your Wait music, those would need to be combined before you upload them. However, there is an Available Agents greeting that plays before the Wait message/music (there are also additional greetings that play before Wait if you have Callback enabled).
