We service many different brands so we need to make sure our outbound calls are branded correctly.
1) We would prefer to make our outbound calls from within the ticket so everything stays together. However, there isn't a way to control the outbound phone#. Suggestions?

2) Caller ID and number for outbound phone lines - how can I update the numbers to show the branding for the companies we service?
Example: outbound number 817-123-4567
- Currently shows up as 817-123-4567
- Needs to show up as Jill's Bakery 817-123-4567
PS: from what I am reading this is a big deficiency with Talk/Support that needs some serious attention. How can we work with Zendesk or someone in Marketplace to improve this ASAP, even if it requires a SOW?
