External call transfer - console not popping up
When I transfer/forward a call from an outside landline number (a Panasonic mobile device) to our Zendesk Talk-line, the console in Support does not pop up. Why not? It works totally fine with ‘regular’ incoming calls. Thanks!

Forwarding from an outside line is controlled by the sending carrier, you would want to check with the provider to ensure that it is transferring correctly, on the Zendesk side we do not prevent calls from being transferred and it would look the same as any other inbound call (except the caller ID depending if the carrier is forwarding the original number or their number).
