we are looking to integrate busy/status lights into our system, we are currently using Zendesk talk. are there any know lights that are directly compatible with Zendesk?

At this time, Zendesk Talk does not have direct native integrations with specific busy or status light devices. However, many customers successfully use third-party status light solutions like Kuando Busylight or similar products that can be configured to work alongside Zendesk Talk through APIs or desktop integrations.
We recommend consulting with the status light vendors to confirm if they support integration with Zendesk Talk, either directly or via custom development using Zendesk’s APIs and webhooks.
