Hello everyone,
We have been experiencing calls dropping all the time. We changed our wifi, connect agents via cable but still the problem persists. Anyone has experienced this struggle in the past? Every 1/7 calls drop and it is making our customer service team struggle.
Could you please help me to fix it?
