We have no choice but to set the web widget as a custom launcher so that the Zendesk chatbot logo is not exposed on the company's website (its own website), but this does not expose the web widget to the Zendesk website. I can't see the Zendesk widget snippet when I apply it to the Pierce template, can you help me use it normally?
