While upgrading Zendesk from Support Regular to Professional, what will be the impact of the upgrade on existing settings (Like Views, Reports, Tags, Fields, Macros, other custom Settings), do we retain them or will lose it?

Existing settings should remain, you will just have access to options to change and add settings.
