 If I have to auto correct any word with in the tool and save it ? Is it possible?

Could you explain further what you mean by "If I have to auto-correct any word within the tool and save it"? If you mean that you change the translation when answering tickets, yes that's totally fine. If you a referring to customization, could you provide more details? That way I can provide the best recommendation.

Hello Dainne,

Use case: We have seen translations to fail sometime on the Zendesk service, which is highlighted by our customers or internal team. Today we don't have a way to correct those transalation based on the learning. Hence, wanted to understand what can we do here so that the tool gives correct transalation for future.
