I stop using zendesk sell 6 months ago, forgot to cancel the invoicing.
Zendesk charged my credit card on December 16, 2021. I reached out in January for you to cancel the transaction.
Note here that the contact by phone can't be done, you need to contact zendesk by message directly. If you call them, there is a message telling you to message them.
I've been patient and waited for you to answer my request. After I did not hear from you within 2 months, I've re-contacted you on twitter this time, where you told me you would reach out within the day.
7 days has passed since then without any news.
Now I've called my credit card company and they can't refund me if the transaction occurred more than 90 days ago.
If you want to have a refund do not contact zendesk support, cancel directly with your credit card. It is safer and faster, I've lost nearly 6 hours dealing with this, and won't get a refund as it seems.
