Zendesk Ticketing - Display customer information via Netsuite

Hello everyone,

We currently use Netsuite as a database for our customer's information, such as name, serial numbers of assets they are renting, models of said assets, etc.  We would like to set up Zendesk Support so that if an agent enters a serial number into a field, the system would automatically check for that serial number in Netsuite and then display specific information/variables regarding that serial number in the same form as the ticket, or at least in a sidebar.  Is that possible?
