i cant add whatsapp or facebook messenger it gives me an error "channel could not be added try again later" zero help zero idea what to do

I imagine there is a way to contact zendesk support but theyve made it insanely difficult. hopefully the "community" can provide support. I'll probably just go with helpwize. It works
