Hi, the zendesk chat mobile app sometime logging me out .
androdi 10 ,the zendesk chat mobile app v1.19.0
After I log out I am required to re-enter the domain name , user name and password .
I missed the notification for a critical incident due to this as I heavily rely on the mobile app when working outside of standard business hours.
any idea ?is there other users who are experiencing the same problem as me?
