When turning on the Web Widget for my shopify store, either through the toggle in the integrations on Zendesk Admin Center or by putting the widget code snippet in the theme.liquid body code, it works fine on desktop but is broken on mobile. I believe the Top Bar for our site is covering up the top of the messaging screen but customers cannot exit out of the chat on mobile. So if they start a chat, there is no way to see an X or "down-carrot" to close the window and keep browsing.
At this point, I would love just having a code that would hide the widget on mobile. I've been trying to find an answer for this issue and can't find anything anywhere... please help.
