Zendesk kiosk setup?

Hi everyone, In our support unit, we have a physical desk, at which users can drop by and get support. I would like to log these walk-in visits. Is there a way to setup a kiosk machine, where the user can quickly type in their name and what their support request is about? And if so, how do I make it so? Can a light agent serve this function? Thanks alot for any feedback / suggestions. Regards - Andreas

Hi Andreas, 

I think all you would need to do is create a ticket form for people to fill out and have that displayed on your kiosk. I don't think a light agent would be necessary; once they submit the form the ticket can be routed whichever way you'd like, just the same as if they weren't in person.
