Our team went to login to our Zendesk domain and saw an error that the domain didn't exist! It was working this morning and then just disappeared. We have no way to log into our account, communicate with support, or figure out what happened. Our guide, chat, and tickets are all down and customers cannot communicate with us. We've paid a year in advance and this is unacceptable! Please contact me at Amanda@momentumtech.io and include Jess@momentumtech.io. We need this resolved ASAP!
