We are using your connector https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/magento-2-connector/ on our Magenro store. But now we are upgrading Magento to 2.4.1 and this extension gives an error. I see that the current solution is compatible with Magento Open Source 2.1-2.3 only. Do you plan to release a new verison? If yes, when may it happen? Or what other elternatives we have? Thanks!

Yes, I also contacted them and there is no reply, at all. I wonder if there are any other options.
I saw an extension from Magepal. https://magefan.com/ua/magento-2-zendesk-chat-modul
But I'm not sure if it covers all the same functions.
