Zendesk Chat new password

I received an email from zendesk telling me to change the password to my account by clicking on a link (upgrade needs requested by them not for a specific problem with my account).
Unfortunately I have deleted this email.
From that moment the chat has gone out and I can no longer enter. I click on send the link to recover my password but no email arrives.
