Zendesk App Integration Notifications  

Feature Request Summary: 

Zendesk owned app integrations (Select an address for example) as well as third-party integrations should have an option to disable notifications in the ticket. 

Description/Use Cases: 

Agents in our company use the app panel to pull information about the user on almost every single ticket. The information that they are pulling is in the top right hand section of the ticket, right where app notifications pop up. They are forced to close the app manually or wait for the notification to disappear. We have a few apps that give notifications and they clog up the screen quite a bit.

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

This is a pretty big impact for large volume users with agents doing 100+ tickets a day. This adds about 5 seconds of delay for our agents per ticket. That adds up quickly across 60 agents and 20,000 tickets a month.
