We are excited to announce that we now have additional WEM (Tymeshift + Klau) related resources available to partners for both GTM and Technical Enablement.

These resources will help our partners both position both Klaus and Tymeshift as a WEM solution in addition to understanding the technical abilities of the product in addition to Delivery / Deployment considerations.

Klaus | GTM Enablement

Partners looking to position Klaus as part of our WEM solution to customers should consult our Sales GTM Training for Partners located here.

We recommend all roles review the Klaus GTM Enablement as it also serves as an introduction to Klaus QA and the concept of WEM.

Klaus | Technical Enablement

Partners with Delivery Resources looking to deploy Klaus as part of their Zendesk Engagements should review the Technical Training for Partners located here.

This is highly recommended for both Solution Consultants (Pre-Sales) and Delivery Roles (Project Managers and Consultants).

 

Tymeshift | GTM Enablement

Partners looking to position Tymeshift as a WFM solution to customers should consult our Sales GTM Training for Partners located here.

We recommend all roles review the Tymeshift GTM Enablement as it also serves as an introduction to Tymeshift and the concept of WFM.

We're pleased to share with you a new onboarding guide for Tymeshift. This is a prescriptive document that you can share with your customers who are new to the product. It will help with adoption in the formative stages of product use.

Hi Zendesk Team! As Klaus now offers automatic CSAT, CES and other surveys when we close a ticket, what do you recommend to use? As Support already includes a CSAT function we are unsure of which would be the best tool to use in case we have both.

Hi @menze - thanks for your question and appreciate your patience. We have been seeking guidance here form our product team as the question you ask is indeed a very relevant one. 

 

Klaus (Zendesk QA) Surveys feature will be replaced with Zendesk CSAT 

 

What you need to know now?
New accounts that sign up to Klaus will not have access to Klaus surveys anymore
(Survey dashboard will remain as-is and customers using Zendesk CSAT or third party tools can see their CSAT on Klaus)

 

Guidance from product is to steer your prospects and customers away from the native Klaus surveys as there will be no further enhancements made to them in lieu of the Zendesk CSAT

  • We will remove all charging and limits from our surveys (surveys will be free to use)
  • All (existing/old) customers will still have access to all survey features (no lite/premium plan differentiation, only one survey functionality)
