We are on Cloud JIRA (Prem) and have the ZD/JIRA integration set up. The issue we are running into is when we have more then one JIRA Issue associated with one ZD ticket and the status of the ZD ticket is wrong. For example we have a ZD ticket with a status of CLOSED. On that ticket are 2 associated JIRA Issues - one is CLOSED and one is BACKLOG. So technically the ZD ticket should not be in any closed/completed state.
Now the previous JIRA Admin only set up the status update on the CLOSED status in JIRA for this Project. However I don't see if we added all the statuses how this issue could be resolved.
Anyone have any experience/ideas with this?
