Is it possible to have a placeholder in the initial response email letting the requester know how many open tickets there currently are in the queue? You see this when you're on hold with phone support for companies..."There are 6 people ahead of you..."

I thought this might help customers gauge expectations for speed of response.

Something like: {{ticket.all.open}}
