since zendesk's last update (yesterday)
when i write in hebrew (R to L language) the wrtting starts on the left side of window and aligned to the left.
also when i send a message, the recipient gets it aligned to left.

Hi Tal, Sorry to hear about your experience. Can you confirm if rich text editor is enabled on your account? if yes, you may need to have disabled. As of the moment, rich text editor does not currently support RTL languages. The only workaround for this at this time is to use markdown for formatting instead. More information can be found here. If not, can you confirm if you are experiencing the same on different browsers?
