Working with other Partners to compliment your capabilities

If you are new to Zendesk or an established Partner and source a deal that requires expertise that you currently don't have or don't intend to have, working with other Partners in the ecosystem can be a great way to deliver high-value implementations for your customers. 

As an example, your practice may not be equipped with roles that understand the Zendesk platform (apps and integrations) or Sunshine conversations, yet, you have a deal where positioning these will add great value to the customer's investment. Or, the customer is aware of these and requests them as part of their use case. 

We have a huge collective pool of resources among our Partner community to leverage to cover skills, technologies, languages, and more.

I think this could be the biggest part of the Community group. There are so many partners in the Zendesk ecosystem that could benefit from working together, and it sometimes can take a little while to discover one another. Excited about this!

Indeed, Mike, our partners have valuable knowledge beyond the product, and working together can lead to a better understanding of the market and reduce the time it takes to go live on projects. By collaborating with each other, we all can improve product adoption and achieve greater success in our business.
