Will we be able to have the CSAT included on the Login Landing Page? And can we have options to configure the stats?

Hello, 

With the current CSAT program, there is an Embedded satisfaction score widget option.

  1. Will this carry over with the new CSAT feature?
  2. I would like to suggest that we can configure the stats that are shown on the login landing page. Currently, it shows a percentage of the last 100 surveys. It would be useful to allow more options, such as:
    - Last 100 surveys (or allow the user to specify a range)
    - Last 30, 60, 90 Days

    @michael18 Thank you for feedback. It is on our radar to show the score on the agent home page but I cannot share a timeline when we prioritize this.
