For close to two months I have been sending tickets to the Zendesk team requesting support to decrease the number of seats and the plan our company is on (or renewal is fast approaching in December) and NO one responds with the exception of 1 staff member that tells me he is sorry for the delay - we are now 20 days away from renewal and no one will help.
Please can someone give me direction on reaching the renewals team.
