So I opened a ticket with Zendesk and talking with someone through email, but he keeps referencing to a ticket number but damn, cant find where to see the actual ticket.

Where are tickets

If you go up to your profile in the upper right-hand corner and select "my activities" you will see a list of your open tickets. :)
