This is likely to happen in H2 @izabella11 , work is taking place to matching the current Intelligent triage languages to the bots.

Announcing additional languages supported with Zendesk AI agents

 

8 New languages have been added:

  • Bulgarian
  • Finnish
  • Greek
  • Hebrew
  • Hindi
  • Hungarian
  • Ukrainian
  • Vietnamese

and the 7 languages that are now supported for article retrieval features (in addition to the eight new languages above) include:

  • Chinese (Traditional)
  • Czech
  • Danish
  • Indonesian
  • Norwegian
  • Romanian
  • Swedish
