WhatsApp Business Account verification pending

Hi there,

We have a problem with connecting our Zendesk Account with a WhatsApp Business Account.
That is, completed the setup of the WhatsApp channel entirely on Zendesk-side, however, when I check the WhatsApp Manager of our Facebook Business manager the messaging limit is "Sandboxed" (see here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/NQuNROYr).
Also I just received an email saying:
"Thank you for setting up your WhatsApp Business account [name of channel]. Your company has completed the business verification, but the WhatsApp Business account is still being verified.

We remind you that your trial account will expire in 7. Once your WhatsApp Business account is fully verified, we will notify you."

I have been waiting for the verification of the WhatsApp Business account for 2-3 weeks now and nothing happened. 

What's also strange is that in our Facebook Business Manager it says that our business is "verified" and the account status is "approved". See here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/nOuRzE99

 

 

I am worried we will lose our WhatsApp Business Account in 7 days. Does anybody of you know what to do?
