What is the Modified Closed Tickets Beta?

The ability to edit closed tickets has been a long popular and long requested enhancement.  The Modify Closed Tickets beta is the first step in adding this functionality.  With this beta, we will be initially providing the ability for administrators to update tags on closed tickets.  This community will serve as a place to provide feedback on the first foray into this workflow as well as provide a place to share your thoughts on how we should expand this feature in the future.

      This looks cool!  Is there any more information about the progress or expected features as this gets built out?  We have a client now asking for this feature, would be great to know more.

      Hey Jimmy.  As of today we are planning to launch this beta at the end of April.  We also plan to extend this functionality with a few other standard fields later this year, though I cannot commit to a date that will be available at this point.

      Do we have to sign up for this beta or is it going to be a setting in the admin panel for us to turn on?

      Hey @jeremy50 - You will have to signup for this beta.  When this is released for general availability this will be a enabled via a setting Admin Center.

      Hi, just signed in to the Open Beta as it is a feature that we need because our main data stream needs to be updated with corrected categories after tickets review and QA process
