Hi all,

can you please add a screenshot of what we can expect with the funktion "Collapsed view of already-read messages?

in the thred I discribed exactly this situation which would be very helpfull for us:

But I neet to see how it looks and whether it helps us, to decide to activate it right away.

Is anyone else having issues with messaging conversation messages showing twice? Unsure whether this is a bug that's just shown up that's related to the updated MCE, or if it's a separate bug. It's affecting all agents though thankfully customers only see one message.

is there already a plan availible for the EAP for Phase 2?

Are there already screenshots availible, expecially from the Collapsed view of already-read messages.

Hi @amisha11 - since the implementation of MCE we are noticing with some agents that some of the messages in the messaging are being sent twice or not being sent at all and unsure if this is related to the implementation of MCE. 

Also, is there a chance that we can have the time showing here instead of hovering to see the time?

This seems to have rolled out to our Production instance overnight, which was not enrolled in the beta program.  Is this now Live rather than a Beta?  Where is the documentation on the new changes and features we can share with our users?

I thought one of the things you are planning to address is the 'Jump to latest message' button that often covers text we are trying to read, and does not have an easy way to clear this or prevent it from coming up on tickets in future.
In some occasions it also showing when there are no new messages and you are in the bottom of the ticket.

Is there any word when phase 2 is commencing? Pinned comments is a feature my team are actively requesting and would be great to gsee it in action.

Is there a way to skip to the ‘top’ of each message in sequence? e.g. j/k keys to skip to next message / next message / next message etc? Thanks!
