What is the increased Views EAP?
The EAP is an enhancement to the the way the views side panel is populated with shared and personal views. The current functionality puts the top 12 shared views and top 8 personal views on the side panel. With this EAP the admin functionality stays the same but will now take the top 30 shared views and the top 10 personal views on the side panel. This will double the number of views visible in the side panel, not including suspended and deleted tickets in these numbers.
