@andrew no but you can configure this with a webhook and custom field on your user profiles. Let me know if you have quesitons I can help you set it up

Hi.

I would like to get a survey not only for Csat but also for NPS (support recommendations). Is there a way to do that?

Has there been any update on this feature for Messaging? It's already Q3. :)

@ruth14  We aimed for Q2, but it’s taking a bit longer than expected. Just a reminder, we always set our timelines as targets rather than firm commitments. Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Feedback: I had to roll back my activation of new customizable CSAT because the customers didn´t like of the button change.
We saw when the response was Good or Bad with the links getting better when changed to the  “Share Feedback” button.
Unfortunately our responde rate dropped a lot ( remained 0%) when the CSAT was activated. Then when we turn it off, the numbers when up again.
