I was very surprised not to get any hits on this search in the Support section.
I'm trying to figure out exactly what "unverified" means. Right now, my email is the only one that isn't listed as such in our account settings. Our clients, who email us via our support email that's linked to ZenDesk, and my coworker, who has been using and has logged in to ZenDesk, all have "unverified by their name in the people list.
Should I be concerned? Is there's something wrong or missing that is causing this? And what do I need to do to change that?
